The DT-K series is active in all kinds of port civil engineering projects, such as installation work of wave blocks, fishing reef block sinking work, and pile driving work.

Based on the DT-K series, we deliver a number sets of real professional pile-driving cranes with special designs of drum configurations and pile leader equipment.

The attachments necessary for the pile-driving work such as the leader and the catch fork are installed which are assembled and disassembled only by the crane its-self.

The flat-dredging control system, developed by SKK in 1989, is a control system that by control the sinking degree of grab bucket so as to make the dredged trace on sea bottom near flat surface less of roughness. The sinking degree is automatically detected and controlled by the system and succeeded in significantly reducing dredging sediment residue. Quick and high-precision dredging work is now possible. The depth meter is an instrument that enables automatic deceleration and stop of grab bucket at a specified depth. There is not any more wire rope is reeled out after grab getting to the bottom so that the working time is shortened. In addition, the grab bucket opening degrees meter helps operator understand grab bucket opening degrees within from 0% to 100%.

It much excels in economical that the installation and the removal of the pile leader are carried out by the crane its-self but unnecessary of assistant machine.
Furthermore, it is possible to drive a pile diagonally leaning forward or backward. There is less of shifting with ship, and complex arrangement of driving piles can be efficiently fulfilled, its construction capacity is much improved.
The leader's slide mechanism is used to adjust the leader height freely, effective for work with variety of pile lengths and able to dive pile over an obstacle in the front.
By equipping the Pile Driving Engineering Management System, it is possible to check the position of the vessel, the driving spot of the pile, its inclination angle, and the height, etc. in real time, and to increase work efficiency. It is equipped with an electric gondola that will make pile driving work going more safely and fast.
