Lex series is a new type of marine crane.
It is used with two electrical levers to load and unload gravel, stone, etc. Due to changing to the electric control lever, it makes the operation of crane simpler and with light operating force.
This new type of marine crane has the durability cultivated in the GDA series, and possible to operate more easily.

Easy Operation Hard to Cause Fatigue.
The marine crane of the LEX series is operated by two joysticks, one is open-closing lever to open and close grab bucket, the other is a hoisting lever to wind up and lower down grab bucket. It is possible to operate easily with lighter force, and the burden on the body is reduced.
Safe Braking System
If operator feels uneasy or dangerous during the operation, take hand off from the lever, brake will be applied soon. It is very friendly to a beginner that makes work peacefully.
Alarm and Automatic Stop Device to Protect the Working Safety
The SKK marine crane has the ability to electrically detect slip descent of the jib and brake automatically. In addition, the alarm system of the upper and lower limits for jib luffing, for preventing grab over-hoisted, and the automatic stop system against jib over-hoisted etc. are provided to ensure the safety work.
Grab Open-Closing Lever
Joystick lever for grab opening and closing.
When the lever is put forward, the grab bucket opens, and the grab bucket closes when the lever is pull backward from the upright position. There are two types of operations: single mode and interlocking mode.
Hoisting Lever
Joystick lever for grab winding up and lowering down.
When the lever is put forward, the grab bucket is lowered down, and when the lever is pull backward from the upright position the grab bucket is hoisted up. There are two types of operations: single mode and interlocking mode.
Controller and Easy Setting Device
The heart of the LEX series. With this control device, it is possible to operate grab bucket with two levers. In the event of an abnormality, the alarm lamp lights up and stops in an emergency.
On the simple setting device, it is easier to set air pressure etc. than doing that on the controller.
The controller and simple setting device are equipped in the operator’s cab.
