In 2024, a brand-new electric-driven grab dredging crane, the '1600GE' (line pull 160 tons, 32 ㎥), was delivered to a customer in the United States.
This memorable unit marks the first delivery of our new crane to the North America.
After departing from our factory(Kagawa, Japan), the crane was transshipped to a heavy cargo vessel at the Port of Kobe, Japan and took about 2 months to reach Louisiana, USA. Construction of the barge is currently underway in the U.S.
Our company will continue to provide support for the crane’s installation onto the barge and for its operation.
